Domino's Pizza — Order Cancelled without informing | |||
Hi, My name is Raghavendra Hegde. I had placed an order through Dominos website on 31st July 2104 at 7.30 PM. When I was placing an order, It did not gave me an option to select the nearest outlet and it got automatically assigned to EGL Domlur. Order number 118. I had requested the delivery time as 8.45PM. At 9.20 I called the outlet and a lady picked up the call and told me that order has been sent and asked me to wait for couple of minutes. I called the outlet again at 9.55PM and a guy picked up the call and when I enquired, he says order has been cancelled. 1) I have not been communicated on Order cancellation via Call. 2) I have not been communicated on Order cancellation via SMS. 3) I have not been communicated on Order cancellation via email. I waited for 2.30 hours and I have not been communicated about my order. At night 10 PM where should I go to eat ? And they find it so easy to say that your money will be refunded within 7 days.
