Domino's Pizza — Order could not be placed after payment. Refund required

Hi,
I tried to place an order in Dominos in Bangalore on 13th August 2014. But after the payment was successfully done, i got a message the the payment was unsuccessful. This happend twice for the same order. In this process 836 rupees ( 418 rupees per transaction) was debited from my SBI account.
I raised two refund requests on dominos website with reference numbers 444061 on 13th August 214 and 445869 on 16th August 2014 . Till now i have not heard from Dominos about this transaction.
The bank statement for the transactions is mentioned below.
