[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Order delayed and deliver after 2 Hours

I have order DOMINOS PIZZA on 02.09.2022 from my registered mobile number I.e [protected]. The order which was really special for me as it has to be paid with my *First Salary* got delayed and delayed to that extent that I have to simultaneously opted and other option to eat unwanted dishes on 11 pm in the Night. It was the CARELESSNESS of Store manager and team that they didn't even bother to atleast tell me about the 2 hour delay in my order. I called more than 25 times on the given number in the app. But again no responses from there. I and my whole family was extremely disappointed and surprised by this act of Dominos India. I want to Complaint about the Dominos India in this regard so that they can understand the liability of providing meals in reasonable time .

So the steps which certainly needed to be taken by the Company are : First to ask apology to make their customers ( Including Senior Citizens ) wait for the meals till 11 in the night which they did by calling and through text messages. Secondly, The Store manager should agree with the mistake done by him and resolve the issues of Customer at their level which he tried but i wasn't satisfies with the same. Thirdly, The next Senior level manager ask me to just place the order and He himself make sure that the order will reach on time today which actually happened with order i have placed on 05.09.2022. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Pradeep who handled this case wisely here sitting at NCR. Thanks to Dominos India for making a day special. But i would like to suggest that Dominos Application should also notify the exact timings of delivery if the Order is Bulky or whatever reason can be considered.
