Complaint marked as Resolved So the steps which certainly needed to be taken by the Company are :
First to ask apology to make their customers ( Including Senior Citizens ) wait for the meals till 11 in the night which they did by calling and through text messages.
Secondly, The Store manager should agree with the mistake done by him and resolve the issues of Customer at their level which he tried but i wasn't satisfies with the same.
Thirdly, The next Senior level manager ask me to just place the order and He himself make sure that the order will reach on time today which actually happened with order i have placed on 05.09.2022.
I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Pradeep who handled this case wisely here sitting at NCR.
Thanks to Dominos India for making a day special. But i would like to suggest that Dominos Application should also notify the exact timings of delivery if the Order is Bulky or whatever reason can be considered.
