I placed my order on dominos app on 20th march 2017 and made a payment via freecharge wallet. Payment was successful and sum of RS 760 was deducted from my wallet and I also get a confirmation msg from freecharge they provide order ID [protected] but I won't get any call or msg from dominos. Then I called up at dominos customer care and they transfer my call to the dominos shop that location I selected while making my order. They told me that no order was placed by my number and after then I contacted freecharge customer care they took 3 to 4 days and replied my mail that transaction was successful at merchant end so contact your merchant. Now I'm trying dominos customer care but number was not reachable[protected]. Please look in to this issue .i[censored] want I can send the mails and references shared by freecharge. Please contact me as soon as possible .
