Domino's Pizza — Order Late delivered

We have order domino's on 30 july order no: 130. Per the quation it should be diver in 30mins however it takes 45 -50 mins, per customer care they have given us the assurance that the amount will be added in the wallet in next 24 hours however it is already more then 20days namaste still no response received from domino's.
