I have been chasing Domino's from past 11 days to receive an invoice for my order but they are neglected my concern and no action has been taken after several followup. I have called many times to local restaurant and the call has been dropped during the discussion which is an embarrassment situation for me. Please find the below complete summary of issue and do needful
I have ordered Pizza through online from Domino's on 27th April 2019 for business purpose. I had received an order with out invoice and the delivery boy said that i will receive by an email.
I have not received invoice either by email or by SMS confirmation or in domino's website for individual login. I have called to Domino's customer care through[protected] but they suggested me to reach [protected]@jublfood.com for complaints.
I had sent an email to Jublant on 29th April 2019 asking email invoice so that i can claim from my organisation. I had sent several follow up till today, for every follow up i am receiving same response as given below.
"We certainly understand your disappointment and we're closely following up on this to ensure it is sorted out on priority."
I had provided complete details as given below over the mail but I haven't seen progress on concern and no action has been taken by Jublant
