Domino's Pizza — Order not delivered

I placed my order and kept waiting for 2hours. NO one at that domino's outlet (dwarka sector 12) was picking my phone. I was without food last night.
Then the next day i got to know that these guys have cancelled my order without my knowledge and now they are just saying that they are sorry for the inconvenience.
I told the manager all about this and asked for the same order without any cost but he denied and said i could only give discount.
this is really frustrating and dissatisfying. These guys at Dominos dwarka sector 12 have a very laid back attitude and not at all professional.

I had ordered 3 farm house pizza's worth Rs. 935 but i have received only 2 pizza's
from your outlet kashimiri gate 110006 delhi and they were delivered after 1.30 hours this is so long wait time. And also field executive not given me a bill.
