Domino's Pizza — Order Not Delivered Even After one Hour

I placed an order at 12.27 no one bothered to call me even after 1 hour and they are asking me to wait for another 15 minutes. Pathetic Service!!! And they charging extra tax and all for this pathetic delivery. Penalty should be imposed on this people at least their service will become better.
