25th April night I placed an order and for 2 hours waited for the same. App showed order will be delivered in 13 mins, called Domino's after waiting for 2 hours, the staff stated order has been cancelled due to some technical glitch at their end. I asked the staff as to why wasn't I called and informed about the same as I am hungry and now cause it's too late at night, have nothing to eat for dinner. Staff stated he can't do anything. After sometime the showed the order has been delivered. I called back the outlet who stated that they had to close the order and due to technical glitch it is showing delivered however they will refund the money. Today is 01st May and no money has been refunded. The same day I raised a complaint online with Domino's - complaint id 5487651. Today I called Domino's complaints number, they stated that the Complaint Id has been closed. I asked how is it closed without any discussion with me and no resolution provided. They had no answer nor will the staff tell me what is written to close the complaint id. He transferred the call to Outlet Manager who stated I will look into it, I am not aware of anything like this. Very sad the way Domino's is being handled & the way the treat their customer.
