Domino's Pizza — order not placed, but money deducted from account | |||
Hi, I placed a order today date 26th may, 2019 through dominos app at 5:37pm. The money amount of rs. 408 was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. The transaction was successful from my account but the pizza order was not placed. The transaction id is attached below. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. As per consumer law, outlets cannot charge for paper bag. They can charge if they give jute bag but not paper bag

I have ordered the pizza on date 27.04.2019 but it got delivered after 30 mins. I requested for the refund on the same day i.e 27.04.2019, but refund still not credited to my account. I called many times to customer care but still issue not resolved. Please look into matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.
