I had placed an order online (Order no 290) on 27th November 2015 at around 22:00 p.m to Dominos Pizza Hennur Main road restaurant.
The payment was done by Credit card and was successful. However, I did not get the order delivered to my address at all.
I called the restaurant at[protected] at around 10:45 and was put on hold. Then suddenly the call was disconnected by the restaurant folks.
When I checked the order status online, it was in Order received status and never moved from there.
I would like to raise a complaint as I was cheated by the restaurant and was made to wait for an eternity and not even providing me the correct response. Because of this I had to starve as I had no other options to go far since it was late in the night.
I need a complete refund of the amount I paid and severe action to be taken against the company for the grevience caused to me.
