Domino's Pizza — Ordered canceled refund not initiated from 10 days

Order 2 choco lava cake on 5 sep got a call from them that sir it is not available you refund will be intiated waited 48 hours no response from there then called customer care they said sir it will take 5-7 days after 10 days just visited dominos nothing response is shown from there side
