This is regarding the very poor, shameful behavior and disgraceful performance of the Domino's outlet at
Domino's Pizza VELLORE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY VELLORE
Ground Floor, Kiosk at Silver Jubilee Tower, Vellore Institute of Technology Campus, Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, VELLORE, Tamil Nadu - 632014
Out of 56 orders That I have placed, I have only received 2 of them under 30 minutes (starting 18 June 2022- present day) The restaurant has failed multiple times to deliver hot pizzas and even further failed to provide the replacement for the same. Everytime I call them they just present they are listening but in reality they just do not care.
I have tried numerous times to contact your toll free number and report the issue, and everytime the call centre guys respond by saying that the outlet will contact you and they will provide you with a suitable solution. But every, every, every single time the people from the outlet call, they say "Next time you order, call me before", and then they do not even pick me (Just showing the system they contacted me). Why does anyone has to go through this kind of behavior from an MNC spread at this large scale. I have never experienced a worse outlet than this and been treated with such disrespect towards the customer. I sincerely request you to transfer the 300 points per order not delivered on time(I haven't even received yet) and take action towards the management of this outlet.
