I tried ordering a pizza through Domino's app initially. But the app kept hanging and became unresponsive time and again. Then I tried placing the order through website. It wouldn't detect my location automatically so I typed in the location. However the order got placed in an outlet in Ajaynagar while I stay in Salt Lake Purbachal. The name of my complex is misspelled in the website and the app because of which a major confusion took place. Also since I had paid through e-gift voucher, I was either asked to pay in cash if my order was transferred or I was asked to order another day itself which is not fair to me as a customer. I didn't have the means to pay through cash or card that day and it became a compete hassle. I placed the order at 2.15 but it finally got confirmed at 3pm. All this problem only because of a spelling error on the restaurant's side.
