Domino's Pizza — pathetic branch manager behavior and bad food served | |||
Ordered some pizza and garlic bread from dominos via their mobile app, order no.290 (Dated 09/03/2020, 9:51pm) invoice number:67200/19/61794. The pizzas were delivered after 30 minutes (Despite of the fact that my residence is mere 5-8 min drive from the restaurant). Once i received the restaurant, i found out that the pizza's and garlic bread are too too dry and the quality is not good. Same message i conveyed to dominos customer care, and they told me that the restaurant team will call back. I received a call after 20 minutes (At 10:45) from the sector-9 dominos branch manager mr. Sunil, who arrogantly tells me that the pizza mania pizza is very cheaply priced, so this is the kind of quality that you can have for this money, and also quoted that the garlic bread also tastes like this only, when i told him that i've been ordering from dominos from the past 10-15 years., he said, might be u haven't ordered enough. Really frustrated by this kind of behaviour from dominos branch manager, i again called customer care and lodged a complaint regarding the same. (Ref. No.[protected] for which i haven't received any resolution yet. It is really frustrating when you cannot have your dinner on time, because of these kind of people, and at the same time lose out on your money too. Was this information helpful? | |||
