Not a complain but a suggestion that when a good brand that too in service industry is rendering services to all masses should trained its staff not only in local language but also in a common language that is used almost everywhere in India ie either English or Hindi.It was a shocking experience when undersigned called today at [protected] just to check if the coupon code C23DJWLM received on my no [protected] is valid on 31st Dec in case if I go to any nearby centre..officer who picked up my call simply disconnected because she was neither knowing english nor hindi despite my several attempte to explain her to talk in english she simply disconnected my call...
Not to say this is not the first time that I have and many of my north indians colleagues have faced this problem when the call is transferred to nearby centres they are simply disconnected...would appreciate in case if the company is not able to render services then in future not to send any coupon or offer msg.
