Hi dominos Can i get updates regarding concern ref#11295959? Amount is still not credited. Just to give you a background, i ordered pizza on 25 september 2019. It was to be delivered within 30 minutes. Unfortunately after various follow ups, i got it after an hour. Customer care gave me concern number which is quoted above. That delivery guy told me that money will be refunded back shortly. Almost a week is passed but no refund and why do you guys have opened a twitter account? Just to read daily tweets or to reply also? I need my refund asap without any further delay and please stop cheating your customers. Was this information helpful? | |

I placed an order on 1st oct waited for 1 hour and then got a call from delivery person and he forced me to cancel the order i told no get after rains stop but even 1 hour after rain stopped he never came and his ph was off...the number provided on tracking order ...temporarily disconnected...slep hungry that night with family...thx Dominos hsr
