Domino's Pizza — Payment debited from account but order not generated

I have ordered yesterday (1st june 2017) for rs. 514/- through mobile application and made the payment through hdfc online banking.. The payment got debited from my account immediately but the order not generated.

After waiting for some time i have called your dombivli outlet where they have suggested to make another order... So i have ordered 2nd time for same amount i. E. Rs. 514/- and made the payment through credit card. This time the order got generated.

May i request you to please refund my first payment (Rs. 514 hdfc online)
