Domino's Pizza — Payment deducted but order not confirmed | |||||
Hi, i have placed an order yesterday i. E; 06/07/2017 from dominos site, payment got deducted from my card but i haven't received the confirmation of order. After providing the details it is redirecting again to the payment gateway page. I need my payment back refunded to my account and in how many days will my complaint be resolved and how would i know about these details Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered 3 large pizzas + 2 garlic breads. I asked for thick crust and received thin and the garlic bread was soft and soggy. I called the store and was spoken too rudely by one of the staff members.

I ordered pizza using zipper map location, payment done by net banking, and then when I call respective domino's restaurant they said they can not deliver pizza in my area, also they decline to refund my advanced payment. I forced to go to the store to pick up my order.
