Domino's Pizza — payment deducted but order not placed

I had placed an order for rs. 1500 on 29th may 2019. I paid using net banking from my mobile phone and the amount was deducted from my account, but the order was not placed. I placed another order for the same amount, that went through successfully. I would like to get a refund for the 1500 rupees deducted from my account. My mobile number is [protected]. Please look into this as soon as possible.
