Domino's Pizza — payment deducted but order was not placed | |||
I ordered online for one pizza and a garlic bread today around 8.55 pm, however after completion of all details payments got deducted but i did not get any order confirmation and it took me back on the payment page again. When i visited to the dominos store, they said they did not recive any order and asked me to call at customer care, i called them and told entire story, initially he was not able to understand the issue and was asking me to talk to store manager, when i told him that i have already spoken with them so he said ok... Your money will be refunded within 6 working days then i asked for written confirmation, then he said you will get a call from supervisor and disconnected the call. Now i m being worried for my mo ey whether i would get refund or not. Please confirm when will i get my refundof 539 rs. Was this information helpful? | |||
