[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Payment deducted for online order but order was not placed

I had ordered online oom 20th sept 2014 to the address

lajpat nagar
sahibabad
ghaziabad
I paid for the order through NET BANKING, and i had not received any order number. The bill amount of INR 458 was deducted. On the screen there was this window showing, PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL, SUBMIT order where the order was being placed to the nearest outlet which is in MMX mall .
The screen was stuck at that point and the order was not placed but the money was deducted from my account. I have the Bank Alert Message . I called up at MMX mall but the had not received the order. So i had a few concerns -
1. When would the deducted amount be returned to my account
2. Why doesnt the system generate a customer reference number before the payment is made. because i was told that this has happened a lot of times before
I have also filled the Feedback Form on the company website. Below is the reference number -
