Hi,
I am from delhi and ordered pizza from dominoes yesterday on 14th aug via the mobile app. The amount got deducted but i did not receive any order number/confirmation and also the pizza. I had to call up their customer care department almost 5 times just to figure out that what was going on.in the first three calls i was kept on hold by customer care representatives for around 8-10 minutes as he was transferring my call to the respective outlet. But the call got disconnected each time and i was left clueless.in the 4th call i requested the call centre representative to not to put me on hold, however he also gave me the same solution and transferred the call to the respective outlet. Finally the outlet manager picked up the call and informed me that he did not receive my order and they don't take order for my area, it must be some other outlet. Hungry and agitated i called up the call centre for the 5th time and asked to refund my money as it was already 10:30. The representative raised the concern to refund my money. This time i made sure that he gives me the complaint number which is 1615604.
Worst service
So my concerns are:
1. Is ordering one damn pizza from a company like dominoes such a big problem.
2.in each call i was kept on hold for around 8-10 minutes and first 3 calls got disconnected without getting any call of solution. Does dominoes value time of their customer or they are only interested in ripping off their wallets??
3. Thirdly when jail road dominoes was not suppose to take order for vatika apartments, mayapuri then why every time my call was being transferred to that outlet. I was told that either rajouri garden or meenakshi garden branch is suppose to take my order and i should call them up. Like no one bothered to help a customer at dominoes. Is this is the way you help a customer to resolve their query?
4. Moreover no one at dominoes seem to like care about their customers. They actually made me feel like that i made a big damn mistake by ordering online. Even if they did not receive my order due to some issues i should have been informed proactively by dominoes team rather than me calling them 5 times. An order getting cancelled can be understood but when you don't inform your customer and deduct their money then it becomes an issue. I ordered pizza at 9:15 and till 10:45 i was only tracking my order. Dominoes guarantee delivery in 30 minutes where i spent 40 minutes on call just to figure out that where the hell was my order.
Can dominoes please revert on this?? Or they just don't bother. Was this information helpful? |
