Domino's Pizza — Payment made twice, not yet reversed, no acknowledgment of complaint | |||
Dear sir, My minor son reuben chaudhuri had ordered pizzas this morning (Order no. 23 at 1303 hours on 18th march from domino's pizza, strand coffee house, strand road, colaba, mumbai) on the domino's pizza website. We find that the payment for this (Rs. 1, 320 - invoice number dpi65811/[protected]/91090) has been debited twice (At 1259 hours and 1302 hours). We have got in touch with the franchise on the phone (At 2140 hours on 18th march) and been assured by a customer service officer that the payment will be reversed. However, he has not given us a complaint number so that we can follow up in case payment reversal has not been made.
