Domino's Pizza — Payment received online but not trace of order

On Sunday 23-Nov-14 around 5:00pm, I placed an order for pizza online. After waiting for 1.30 hrs and not receiving the order, phoned back to check, why the delay of my order. To my shock, the outlet said they received no such order. After paying through net banking online, the transaction did not return back to Domino's website to give me order details. So my money is received but no PIZZA or order details. I tried to contact Pizza customer service through chat multiple times and dropped the details of my payment. After 3 days they are not even bothered to look at my issue. If you like Dominos buy through cash never use online. I am planning to raise a case in consumer court, as I have details of my online payment through my Bank. Suggest to all my friends and community to do the same. Regards Anil
