Domino's Pizza — Payment taken twice

I had ordered pizza on 28jul15 using mobile app of dominos..paid thru icici netbanking inr 432 but it said sorry your order is not completed so i paid again same amount thru netbanking.then it said order completed n my order no.ge erated.pizza was delivered n when i called dominos they said as i paid twice so 1 transaction refund will be done in 7 days.but no refund received yet.
