Domino's Pizza — Pizza arrived after 1 hour 40 minutes

On 2nd July 2017, around 9:16 pm we ordered a pizza and a garlic bread. It got delivered around 10:50pm..we called them thrice and every time they said it will reach us in 5 minutes..it reached us very late and pizza was not hot.we all love dominoes at home n the services provided by your team yesterday has disappointed us. I will never order dominos pizza.

I ordered a pizza today on 02.07.2017 by online but pizza was not to be delivered yet but money was deducted from my account.my transaction id is [protected] of Rs. 494.00. If this is not deliverd why money was deducte? Give the money refund on my account.
