I have placed an online prepaid order for pizza at KOTA (RAJ.) at 15.04 on dated 21.09.2014 (ORDER NO.173 MY REGISTERED MOBILE NO.[protected]) . The pizza was delivered to me at 15.41.when i asked delivery boy named BABU LAL (whereas, name PUKHRAJ was showing on order site) for 30 minute service. He accepted late delivery and said that the Restaurant manager will call you for this after 18.00 P.M.. I made a call AT SPOT on restaurant No.[protected] about this and Mr. Babulal also talked to restaurant person from my cell and told me that your money will be refunded online within seven days.
After around one an hour Mr. Babulal came again and gave me a red card :"YE HAI RISHTON KA TIME"and said your delivery punched late When i asked him about any bill or document for proof of order punched late. He again said that .the Restaurant manager will call you.
When no one called me I call again on No [protected] at 20.25 hours. there Mr. Mukesh talked to me and said your order punched late delivered. At 20.53 a call came on my cell from No. [protected] and the person said that he is Mukesh and my order punched late delivered.
No bill or document given to me as proof of late delivery as per "30 Minute Delivery Promise" please look into the matter and do the needful in the matter
