Domino's Pizza — Pizza - incorrect item delivered & substandard | |||||
Date : - 30/10/15 ; Issue : - first of all, as can clearly be seen from the images below, the pizza delivered was not a cheese burst as ordered, not only that, the quality of the delivered pizza was also highly substandard, and it had been damaged as well. Issue resolution (My attempt) : - so, to reslove the issue, i called them up. As can be seen from the attached call logs, my first three calls were unanswered. When i called them the fourth time yet, to settle the issue. Some agent answered the call, i told him the issue, and he placed me on hold. I stayed on hold for approx 3 - 4 minutes, and then he hung up on me. I thought i will ask to speak to his manager, so i called again... Again i faced the same procedure... I was asked the issue, and then placed on hold. So, i was fed up and decided to hang up. Desirable resolution : - want a penalty enforced on domino's dwarka sector - 12 for inappropriate customer handling, incorrect product delivery, incorrect charges levied on the customer as well as my refund :). P.S. This was after they requested for a late delivery, due to huge order volumes, and took approximately 45 mins to an hour for the delivery.
