Dominos Pizza — Pizza not delivered

I have had the worst experiance with dominos second time i ordered pizza at 10.5 itsbeen 11.30 and pizza has not arrived yet to my place.. When i call dominos ghatkopar branch, mumbai they say that the bread got over that we could not deliver the pizza.. Thats their problem why dint they tell me that... I got the order no. 488... I ordered it at 10.05 i dint get the pizza till now. My friends are hungry we dont food to eat.. What are we going to do now.. Sucha pthetic service my dominos i dont no how dominos has given the franchise to this people.. I want the concerned person to tell why has this happen... Such a disappointment

I have had the worst experience with dominos Bandra Branch we had ordered the pizza for office people at around 1.13 P.M it got delivered to us after an hour around 2.15 P.M and after that the Pizza which arrived was not hot at all, when we asked the delivery boy why it is not hot he was just smiling. As we were already late for lunch we had to eat the pizza which was cold as we had no other option. When contacted the concerned Manger there at Bandra Branch Mr. Ram Pal I told him about what has happened he said we can’t do anything about it and do whatever you want. I don’t know how dominos has given the franchise to this people. I want the concerned person to tell why this has happened... Such a disappointment.
