Domino's Pizza — pizza was smashed between boxed

Ordered pizza on[protected] worth 1025/-. The order came after one and half hour which was sent back as the pizza was totally smashes between the box and was not eatable. My order no was 306. Since 14 days they are not refunding my money. Every time i call the customer care they are just giving me will refund in 2 days. But no refund is initiated from their end. Please help
