Domino's Pizza — Policy breach | |||
i ordered pizza online and it was a prepaid order, that is the biggest mistake i maid this time believing on Domino's guys. The pizza was delivered after 50 min. and in the meantime i called twice on the store landline wherein they confirmed that the pizza was late and they will refund the amount in my bank account, second mistake i maid believing them again. When the pizza was finally delivered after 50 min. the store guys denied any miscomfort they caused me, and abruptly refused to give me the refund and gave lame excuses that the building lift was'nt working properly, the delivery girl did not even had a cell phone, if she was finding any difficulty she should have called me and let me know about the same, however the lift was working perfectly fine. this shows how the Building 8 store of Dominos is involved in the mockery of Domino's policy. I order every week. But this time i was Extremely dissatisfied and will never ever turn to domino's again. Thanks for [censored]ing things up Was this information helpful? | |||
