Domino's Pizza — Poor quality pizza

On 23rd April 2017, at 7.02 pm, a Medium Cheese Burst Pizza was ordered under order Number 309 at Elante City Centre Food Court, 3rd Floor, under invoice by Jubilant Foodworks Limited.
When the Pizza was served, to our utter surprise there was no cheese burst and it was an ordinary pizza. A complaint was immediately done after the first bite, but then the same pizza was returned saying that they have checked it was okay. Then a second complaint was filed and it was made clear that the complainant had been eating hundreds of cheese burst pizza and he can very well tell whether it is cheese burst or not. They said that the SOP has been followed in preparing the pizza.
The pizza was returned by the complainant . When asked for return of money, they plainly said No and said you do what you want to do.
Very bad service indeed.

I placed an order for Fully loaded Veg pizza from Dominos Sector 21C Faridabad and my order no. was 198. It was really shocking to see a small piece of polythene (blue colour as seen in the picture) inside the pizza base.

Yesterday me and my family ordered pizza but its quality was so poor or it was stale, that me and my entire family is suffering from loose motions and vomiting since morning .
Dominos must be strictly warned for this type of poor quality food that leads to poor health.
