I ordered pizzas online from Dominos website on 8th October at 7:30PM. We were waiting for our pizzas as the status of order was showing as dispatched on your tracking page. But suddenly we received a call at 7:52PM from the restaurant which was supposed to deliver food for us and the girl said that they don’t have navratra pizza available in the restaurant, which was totally unacceptable because your website allowed me to create that order and the restaurant should have that order available when its showing as dispatched. Even if the restaurant don’t have it available they could have managed with some other restaurant because there are so many Domino’s outlets in our area. They could have done something.

I was very upset because I was having fast that day. The thing which made me more upset was that I received a call from restaurant at 7:52PM to inform me that they won’t be able to deliver my order. After 22 minutes of my order creating time and we all know that Dominos have 30 minutes pizza delivery guaranty. That girl was unable to answer any of my question and he transferred the call to his senior named Ajay. The guy said that they can deliver my order except navratra pizza which was not acceptable. I asked Ajay to write an email from official email address that you don’t have pizza available and that is the reason you won’t be able to deliver it even if its showing DISPATCHED. He said that he will need to check with his senior and will get back to me. I received a call in next 5 minutes saying that Dominos outlets don’t have an option for sending emails(ANOTHER NO). During all this conversation it was already 8:15PM.

At the end, I asked Ajay to send me the balance order and asked about my bill. While he was doing some calculations, your 30 minutes delivery came in my mind and I said that am not going to pay as it is more than 30 minutes. He said OK and the call was finished.

I called them again at 8:32PM as there was no update regarding our balance order and they said that it is still being prepared.

We decided to go to the restaurant to pick up the order because its hardly 7 minutes away from my place. When we reached restaurant, what we see is they have prepared just 1 pizza, not the balance order(except navratra pizza). When I asked them about my other things they said that its not prepared and if you say we can do it now. We went downstairs in the sitting area to get the complete order and after 10 minutes we received it. While we were having it, I decided to have more crispies and went upstairs to order it, BUT THE ANSWER WAS AGAIN NO. They said that they don’t have crispies available anymore. SERIOUSLY!!


Now you guys tell me, is this the kind of customer service Dominos is supposed to provide??


I have attached a screenshot of your tracking page to give you the details of that order.
