Domino's Pizza — Promise broken regarding refund | |||||
I ordered a pizza on 17 February 2017 through domino's mobile app for which I paid online. I placed the order for which I received a confirmation at 8:00pm that I would get the pizza within time.But I got my order at around 9:15 which was way later than the 30 min time limit which they promise and further more 1 pizza was already damaged.So I returned the damaged pizza after the delivery guy promised me that he would bring me a new pizza. I called the store manager( store address P-108, Bangur Ave, Mirania Gardens 2, Bangur, Lake Town, Kolkata, West Bengal 700055) that my order came in way later than the 30 min time which domino's promises so I asked him to refund the money.He said that he would initiate a request and I would get the refund with 3-5 days. After that i placed my complain at the feedback section which domino's provide in their app after which I got a message on the phone stating that domino's will call us to resolve this issue but till now I still haven't heard from them I wrote my complaint one more time after that via the feedback but I still haven't gotten any response from the. I did not expect dominos to be so much irresponsible towards their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
