I had ordered 3 pizza from Tardeo store through Zomato, at 7:36pm and received the order at 9:40pm, Zomato did not support saying, Domino's got there own delivery partner, and restaurant was avoiding phone calls, I could not cancel neither approach for support, by the time order received, the kids went to sleep and the entire food was wasted.
We have to make Maggie for dinner
The reason was, we have lots of pending order to fullfill, so they took ages and not even bothered to inform.
The store is 15 mins away and I was at suburbs for work, i reached home during the order process, but they could not.
I want compensation for this harrasment.
And waste of time and food.
