Domino's Pizza — redeemed a-point not placed, order through online no one responsible for query in dominos | |||||
This is in regard to dominos two worst service i faced on 20/jul/2017 & 21/jul/2017, 1. I have tried to order pizza through online on 20/jul/2017. I successfully placed order and when come to payment i have used e voucher, when i entered e-voucher on giftcard/e-voucher option, it was successfully accepted and it taken 2-3 minute then i received message as "oops your order not placed successfully due to technical issue", Immediately i called customer care regard this issue, your customer care person are not ready to answer the customer, i have simply put me in hold by saying "i will take to retail outlet and get back to me" and i was in hold then they have disconnected the call without any information, this same situation happened 6 times, 6 times i have called customer care and explained my situation 6 times and 6 times they put me in call and my call wantedly disconnected without proper answering. Nearly i took 3 hours to spend my 6 calls, i have waited and wasted 3 hours instead i didn't get any proper solution or answer for your domino's site technical issue. I purchased dominos e-voucher in hdfc. Please find the details below: Purchased time, code and date. E-gift card code : [protected] Brand: Domino's pizza online Date : Thu, jul 20, 2017 at 7:35 pm Pay back my redeemed my epoint's soon and i need valuable special offer which compensate my times and energy spent, 2. I just want to know when customer calling from support team why they are dropped off call without proper response. Today 21/jul/2017 i received call from ([protected]) and female executive spoke to me and i just asked what you going to offer me for dominos site technical issue, you should satisfy customer by providing an offer, she said that they are not going to provide any offer i asked reason why you are not going to provide offer. It not customer mistake it dominos technical issue, dominos should accept this issue and provide offer to me. She started talking rudly, sir please don't talk louder, speak little bit low, again i asked why should i talk in low tune? She dropped off the call with out proper response again at 7 th time. So, for dominos technical issue customer should suffer? Let me know, shall i place case for this issue? Kindly check all call (7 calls) recordings i have made from yesterday, details as follows, "i made call to customer call by using phone number[protected] from 7:35 pm onwards - jul 20, 2017" "i have received a call on jul 21, 2017 to the mobile number[protected] at 10.23am" I want to know the girl who spoke to me morning and why she dropped off call with out proper answer?
