Domino's Pizza — refund amount

We have ordered items from domino's on 18th october 2019 and the amount is almost nearly 1680/- but for some reason a guy from domino's said that order is not acceptable as there are no items that we ordered then he cancelled the order.
We were told that money will be refunded in one week and its almost been 20 days and still i haven't refunded my money back.
Can some one look into and take a necessary action here, we are not even able to reach the customer care number and there is no response from domino's end as well. Pizza boys working over there are not even responding to any of the calls. This is not all fair and its unacceptable!!
Please show some attention here and do the needful!

I have a complaint regarding Domino's refund
I have ordered an order of 1680 Rs on Oct 18th and for some reason the order was cancelled from their end and I was neither refunded the money (1680 Rs) nor the order. And I even raised a complaint regarding the whole thing to Domino's but none of them took necessary action and did the needful. They are not even attending the phone calls
I request you to take necessary action on Domino's food court and please do the needful!
