Hello,
This is regarding a complaint regarding a refund for a failed order with the ticket no. 7735914. The order was placed on 14th october, 2019 at around 6:26pm. I received a message on 17th october, 2019 saying that the payment has been initiated and the amount will be refunded in 3 business days, but i have still not received the refund. I received calls from them saying that the refund has been done already, no money has been deposited in my account. I have proof that 1351 rupees has been deducted from my account (Sent via mail). I expected a refund to my account as soon as possible. It has been more than a month. This is the my wrist customer service experience ever.
