Domino's Pizza — refund for bad order (cancelled order) not received even after 2 months

I have visited dominos on 25th december, 2019, calungate branch in goa and gave my order but they added wrong item and then cancelled my order but my payment was deducted

They assured me that i will get the refund in 15 days but even after 2 months i haven't received it.

I called customer support multiple times and they connected me to restraunt, but restraunt person says that refund is initiated already.
When i told him that i dont get any refund then he told me that he will raise a concern regarding this.

But i haven't got any response from them and my refund is still not given to me

I ordered my pizzas at 9:04, it's10:30 ! Still haven't got it! They are not picking my calls nor are responding to my feedbacks. Such act is not expected from such a reputable company.
