Domino's Pizza — refund for double charges not received and fooling consumers

Respected sir/ madam,

I had visited your outlet in essel world on sunday 14th april 2019 to have meal.
While making the payment for my order i offered my debit card to the concerned person* and made the payment of rs.673 and i got the message in my sms as the amount has got debited from my account towards jubilant food works ltd.

Later while having my meal, the concerned person of domino's came to me and told me that your payment is still pending, our account did not get credited with the payment rs. 673 you made via your debit card due to some technical issues but it will get refunded to your account within an hour, and that such technical issues persist in our outlet daily (Our account did not get credited). Then she asked me to make the payment in cash as of now. I waited for 40 mins to get the refund sms but it did not came. She (Concerned person) then insisted me to make the payment soon and gave me the mobile no. Of the manager of domino's there ms. Riddhi for any further communication if i did not get the refund in an hour. I made the payment in cash to her.

After 1.5 hr still i did not get the sms for refund of my payment made through card. I called the manager ms. Riddhi, she told me that it's been sunday today therefore the bank is closed*, you will get the refund by tomorrow.

The next day monday i called her (Ms. Riddhi) again, she answered me that i can see the credit status to your transaction as pending and that you will get the refund in next 7 days. She asked me for my email id to show me the transaction status. She sent me a blank mail without any attachment (Showing me the status of my transaction).

* while making the payment i was not asked to pay in cash, my card was accepted for payment without any disclaimer for technical issues persisting.

* i was told that i would get the refund in an hour and taken the payment in cash.

* there does not exist any {"manual intervention" for automatic refund transactions.

*after taking the payment i was answered that i will get my refund next day and not before taking it, the next day i was said that it would take minimum 7 days. Later i talked to (Ms. Riddhi) via whatsapp she asked me to send her a mini statement of my personal account. I shared my (Personal a/c statement) also. I did not receive my refund till date now.
Its been 12 days i neither received the money nor any compensation. Yesterday she (Ms. Riddhi) asked me to share my bank a/c no and ifsc for making me the refund, but she din't transfer and today i asked her again so she said me that she will do it in the evening.

Is domino's trying to fool the customers? I wasted my 1 hr in essel world to get the sms of refund. Is domino's compensating for my time and false assurances given by the person in the outlet and ms riddhi.

* its been 12 days now, i did not receive my refund. Please pay me the refund with interest and compensate me for the time and energy i used to get my refund.
