This is in context to one of my order placed on 17th october 2022. I placed a dine in order through the dominos application for the restaurant located in Metro New Ashok nagar Delhi 110096. I order cheese burst pizza for dine in as I don’t wanted home delivery, when we went there they didn’t allowed us to sit and eat we had a short argument with one of the employee there and therby he then told us to sit in the corner and have our food. In a while when we just starting eating some other senior manager came and just started shouting recklessly and he just took away our pizza and didn’t allowed us to sit in there, We asked him to refund our money he said it will be refunded in our orignal payment mode by which the payment is done within 48hrs. I filled a complaint on dominos site and i received a call from this number [protected] in the morning from that very store and she just took there side and told that we should order takeaway from next time. I told this is not acceptable and she aborted the call
Now i received my refund in the dominos wallet which is not acceptable. I do not want to have anything from that store whose staff is not trained enough to respect the customer and I want my money back in the bank account itself . If a suitable action is not been taken I would further reach higher authorities for further help as per the consumer Rights. Consumer Court is the last option which is not left to me . I am hoping to hear from you soon.
