[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Refund not credited for an unsuccessful order | |||||
Hi i have already raised a complaint about refund. I have raised several feedbacks and tickets, however refund not credited even after 12 working days. Dominos customer service keeps only telling it will be done and closes my complaint. Please the appended mails for details. Thank you! My query is about the second transaction. I am attaching screenshot of my account being debited twice by dominos. Also attaching the screenshot of your email for the processed refund for only one of those amount. Request you to look into it asap and refund the second 235. Jun 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Dominos dis send me e-mail as they were unable to contact me on my phone number. I guess they were trying to update me about the status as I can see that my account has been credited now. They emailed from [email protected] Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
