Domino's Pizza — Refund not credited to my account

I was order dominos for my friend he's in jamshedpur, so I'm using a sakchi, jamshedpur outlet for order, and I was using it many times, so my order was cancel due to some reason. I was ordering on 5th July
My refund of 611 isn't showing on my account, or the refund isn't sent to my account. I am complaining through emails, but there is no response. I don't know what this behavior of yours.
It's been 10 days, but my refund is not back to my account. Please resolve my problem
