Domino's Pizza — REFUND NOT INITIATED

Dear dominos team, I had ordered a pizza from your community centre, malviya nagar extension, Saket store on 16th April 2015 at 8:42 pm.Address L-96A GROUND FLOOR SAKET NEW DELHI. My order I'd was 253. my order was delivered at 9:25 PM. As per your company policy of 30min delivery i called the respective store and requested for a refund of 300 inr as per your policy and spoke to Mr NAVDESH, STORE MANAGER. He said that he has initiated the refund and it will be credited to my account in next 7-10 working days. I haven't receivedany refund in my credit card account and it's been 30 days since that transaction. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help generating my refund.
