I had placed an order for INR 1162 on the dominos App from Chandigarh on Dec 10, 2016. I made the payment through PAYTM and money got deducted.
I got an email from Dominos stating "We are unable to place your order to the kitchen and the amount will be refunded within 7 working days"
Till date i have not received the credit, I have sent almost 5 emails to Dominos and called them multiple times with no response. I hope this will help me get my refund asap.
Very Very poor customer experience with Dominos App and Dominos Customer Care.
