Dear Team,
This to let you know that I had made a payment of Rs. 162.75 /- for order no. 127 on 05.09.2022 at Dominoes store located at Baramunda Colony, Bhubaneswar. Pin 751003
The store incharge insisted to make fresh payment as they claimed they didn’t receive payment for the order but my account was instantly debited (Screenshot attached). They assured me that Domino’s will initiate the refund within 7 working days. It’s extremely frustrating to follow up with the store incharge mr. Sovik since they are not willing to resolve this issue on priority and giving same monotonous replies.
Unfortunately, I haven’t received any payment till date. I am attaching all required details for your reference.
