[Resolved]  Domino's Pizza — refund of money deducted while placing order through domino's mobile app

I had placed ordered pizza worth rs.1326/- on 17th august 2017 from mobile app... Payment deducted from my account but order failed. I had spoken to the local dominos outlet, who has assured that the amount will be refunded in 7 days... I had lodged a complaint through the app ref no 3237501, on 18th august 2017. I had received a call from +[protected] assuring the refund with 7 days.

Till date nothing has been credited nor i'm getting any feedback from helpline numbers

Expecting some serious action my complaint
