Domino's Pizza — refund on account of cancellation of order

Had ordered domino's via app. Order no 537. Dated 21st march amt 529/.
Order was cancelled by the store since it went to some other location (Automatically). Hence the store manager had called and informed that he is cancelling the order and refund would happen in 7 working days. However till date didn't received the same. Had contacted the customer care but not getting any proper response
