[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Refund status | |||
Hi, today I had order my pizza (order 523) from online site. It has been more than 40 minutes and the pizza hasn't been delivered. Even after calling dominos, they said that the delivery boy had left and that they will be refund the money. I asked them for the acknowledgment for the refund which they did not provide. I still have doubts if the money will be refunded or not. Also the service is very poor for the dominos which is located in Vasundhara enclave, Delhi-110096 Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered an pizza 2days before witha an order no 253..nd I didn't recieve my order...when I contacted the customer support they said the delivery boy reached back to them...nd my amount would be refunded...now I don't even know I would get my refund or not...the customer support is also not seeking properly

I ordered pizza on 25th of June delievery was late by 45 minutes I was told that I would get my refund within 10 days it been 15 days now and still no refund initiated. Solve this problem

Last week i have ordered Pizza and received the order number, When i called the delivery boy he mentioned that he would not be able to deliver because it's late evening time was 10:55pm, I asked him to transfer back the money and he informed that Within 24hrs I will get the refund, It’s been more than a week still I didn’t receive the refund or call from Dominos.
Can you please transfer back.
